The hardship the world has lived throught this last years of this Covid 19 Pandemic have punished empoverished countries such as Angelica's homeland of Bolivia.    
        In moments where economy is reduced to its bare minimum, the first thing we ''think'' we can live without are the Arts and all sorts of funding for them. Our goal is to mantain an active strategy of growth for Youth and Bolivian Classical musicians in order to have their fate be a choice and not a result of poverty and lack of support.
